Salon Terms and Conditions - (T’s and C’s) 

1. Ellen Conlin Hair and Beauty

   

1.1    These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website and our salon business

1.2    By using our website or booking or buying products, services or courses in salon, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our website or purchase any product or service affected by these T’s and C’s.

1.3    If you register with our website, or give us your personal details for appointments, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

1.4    You must be at least [18] years of age to use our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least [18] years of age.

1.5    Our website uses cookies; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy.

2. Credit​ and Credit Cards

2.1  We offer limited credit via LAYBUY - an external finance company, details of use are at www.laybuy.co.uk

2.2 We take your Credit Card details primarily for cancellation purposes - details outlined in our "Cancellation Policy" 

2.3 By providing card details to the salon, the card holder authorises Ellen Conlin Hair and Beauty to use their card without "cardholder authorisation" for transactions, cancellations or no shows as outlined in our "Cancellation Policy"

2.4 We reserve the right to deduct full payment from a client's credit card if they refuse to pay for services or leave without paying.

​2.5 Credit Card details are held securely by "Zenoti Payments" in their cloud based system.

(a)    we, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website; and

6.8    A “cooling off” period of 1 month will apply in order to cover any issues the client has with course fulfillment.

10. Loyalty Scheme

10.1 Loyalty Points are awarded to our clients after the completion of a Sale or function.

10.2 The value of 1 point is 0.01p

10.3 You will receive 1 point for every £1 spent on services

10.4 Loyalty points can be redeemed against purchases made at the discretion of the salon owner

10.5 Examples of action out with purchasing that generates additional points for client's accounts:

Clients first visit - 100points

Rebook a service: 200points

Buy a Gift card - 300points

Give a Review Online - 100points

Refer a Friend - 1500points

Book an Appointment Online - 50points

Download the Ellen Conlin Hair and Beauty APP - 500points

 

The Loyalty Scheme can be Closed and Terminated at any time.

Points have no monetary value out with Ellen Conlin Hair and Beauty and cannot be transferred to another client, friend or family member.

11. Memberships (VIP Club Card)

11.1  Memberships are purchased by monthly or yearly subscriptions

11.2  They are used to purchase pre-determined services and treatments as well as product and treatment discounts.

11.3  They are non-transferable

11.4  Membership cancellation notice period is two months.

11.5  You must be over 18 to purchase a Membership

11.6  Memberships are issued at the discretion of ECH Management

11.7 Memberships can be frozen, there may be a fee for this (agreed between client and ECH Management)

11.8 Monthly payments are collected by Direct Debit via Zenoti Payments (a cloud based highly secure, card payment system)

11.9 Unlimited Services are based on what we feel is appropriate to maintain the integrity of your hair and colour, giving you a "perfectly groomed look". Additional services out with the cut and single process colour are treated as addons and discounted as per your membership level.

11.20 We reserve the right to refuse a service or treatment if we feel it is not appropriate and to the detriment of your "perfectly groomed look" This may be over use of unlimited services that may damage or affect your "perfectly groomed look". As experts in Grooming our decision is final.
